Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Understanding Disease Pathophysiology and Diagnosis

Dr. Sashi Adigopula, Director of the Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic at Community Health Network in Indianapolis, will be presenting on “Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension: Understanding Disease Pathophysiology and Diagnosis.”  This program will focus on disease education only and no commercial products will be discussed.

Program Objectives:

    1. Distinguish pulmonary hypertension (PH) from PAH
    2. Explain the hemodynamics of PAH
    3. Describe the pathophysiology of underlying PAH
    4. Define a diagnostic strategy for PAH
    5. Outline the treatment options for PAH
